studying makes me hungry

i studied 5 mins today, and i've eaten 3 snacks alr D=

lunch: spaghetti
snack: 2 wang wang biscuits, 1 small packet of hello panda

1 can of mirinda + 1 cup teh C beng

dinner: normal stuff

exercise:

approx 3-4km run (18 mins)

I can lazyvault!!!!

this is kinda awesome, i tried doing a lazy vault at waist level and succeeded!!

bloody hell, seems like i eat unhealthy food at home more often than outside

Back again

FUFUFUFU

breakfast: grape + pear fruit juice (good stuffs)

lunch: teh cino + wonton noodles + a tiny stalk of veggie

snack: 1 can marinda

dinner: rice, pork usual stuffs oh + veggies too

exercise:
33 mins run from my house around westcoast and back. THIS is more like 5-6 km

good day good day. only marinda spoiling the good pattern

SIN SIN SIN REPENT!

ok made some sins in eating today

breakfast: 1 can black current juice + 1 cup ribena

lunch: instant mee goreng + 1 egg + some left over beef

snack: 1 can of calamansi juice

dinner: basic stuff, no veg again + tau huay

supper: coke light

food that should not be in my diet:
-can of blackcurrant juice (1 serving is plenty)
-instant foood food food
-too much drinks drinks drinks

once again i forgot about veggies bad me

And then there were two...

...consecutive days of running

approx.5km 20 mins (ok i seriously need a measurement of west coast park.... 20 mins is a little too fast for my speed)

Sin in the morning, sin the the afternoon

Second day of project Blogxercise. last night had an intense craving for a can of soft drink, held it till this morning.

Goals and First day

After about 100 years of no exercise at all, I'm back to exercising.

Goals for 2010:
-1000 km
-150 visits to the gym
-10000 Suburi
-Win Qing Yan in shiai, fair and square
-Get to quarter finals in LKC
-2nd kyu or higher


EDIT: made a mistake about the distance, I forgot I don't have that much time

Entire west coast park (someone tell me the official given distance) approx. 5km, 24mins
