SIN SIN SIN REPENT!

ok made some sins in eating today

breakfast: 1 can black current juice + 1 cup ribena

lunch: instant mee goreng + 1 egg + some left over beef

snack: 1 can of calamansi juice

dinner: basic stuff, no veg again + tau huay

supper: coke light

food that should not be in my diet:
-can of blackcurrant juice (1 serving is plenty)
-instant foood food food
-too much drinks drinks drinks

once again i forgot about veggies bad me
